At Robert Goddard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Item

  Ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging still attached.

• 2.
  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original parcel, specifying whether you would like a refund or an exchange for a different size.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your parcel to your local post office or designated courier drop-off point and retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed.
